There are so many things to love about owning a cat. Aside from being beautiful and intelligent, cats are perfect companions for a lazy morning in bed, and they are great for curling up with in front of a fire.

Spending time with our feline companions can also decrease stress and anxiety we are often confronted with in our everyday lives.  Whether you’re a social butterfly, or a quiet introvert, the benefits of owning a cat are abundant.

2019 is upon us, and we’re looking forward to a new year. It’s exciting to think ahead to all the upcoming goals, challenges, and triumphs that hopefully await us. Surely many of us are already hitting the gym more often, practicing mindfulness and gratitude, and spending more time with our loved ones (including our pets!).

Don’t get us wrong, 2018 was filled with wonderful moments for our staff, and many of those were with our Bayville area patients and clients. So, before we get too far ahead of ourselves, we wanted to share one more look back with you.
