New Protocols for COVID-19
To Our Friends,
Starting June 15th, we are excited to welcome our clients back into our facility! Naturally, the health and safety of our staff and clients is still a priority, so we will be taking several precautions.
Upon arrival for your pet’s scheduled appointment, please call the hospital at 732-269-3600 and wait in your car until we are ready for you. We will escort you into the building and directly into an exam room. We ask that only one pet parent accompany their pets into the building. A mask or face covering is required, and if you do not have one we will be happy to provide one. In an attempt to adhere to social distancing guidelines, we will get a history in the exam room, and we will then have you wait there while the doctor examines your pet in the treatment area. After the exam is completed, we will come back into the exam room to discuss exam findings and treatment.
For pet parents that feel more comfortable waiting outside, we are happy to continue with curbside appointments. Please call the hospital at 732-269-3600 upon arrival. We will come out to the car to obtain your pet, and conduct all discussions over the phone.
For medication refills, we still ask that you call ahead so we can get it ready for you. We will take payment for the medication over the phone. When you arrive to pick up the medication, just call us and we will run it out to your car with your receipt.
We are operating again at our full hours. Monday and Friday we are here from 8:30 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 12 PM.
